We are able to accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and Diner's Club. Shop Pay is also available.

We will do our best to accomodate order modifications and updated shipping addresses, but we cannot guarantee these updates as they are dependent on the fulfillment stage of your order. Please reach out immediately to info@maisonwheat.com if you need to request an update to your order or a change to your shipping address. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Whilst we can and will make every effort to assist with issues as they arise, we cannot cancel orders that have already been fulfilled.

We've got you covered on the shipping, but a restocking fee ($10) will apply and be deducted from your refund amount. If you choose to exchange an item, no fees will apply.

Shipping Info
Orders are fulfilled during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Domestic orders shipped via Standard Shipping will arrive within 5-7 business days. Domestic orders shipped via Express Shipping will arrive in 2-3 business days. International shipping times will vary depending on the final destination. Tracking and delivery time estimates will become available when your order ships. MAISON WHEAT is not liable for missing or stolen packages or damages caused while your order is in transit. In some instances, events outside of our control may cause delivery delays. Please reach out to info@maisonwheat.com if you have any questions regarding the delivery status of your order.
(Delivery by 12/25) Domestic orders must be placed by 12/10 for Standard Shipping and 12/15 for Express Shipping. Please make sure to select Express Shipping at checkout between 12/11 and 12/15. International orders must be placed by 12/10. Please note, sometimes events outside of our control cause delayed deliveries.
Yes, we currently ship to: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and India. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders at this time. All international sales are final. Duties and taxes will be charged at the time of checkout.
We take pride in the care and detail that goes into the design and manufacturing of each garment. If an item(s) in your order arrives damaged, please contact our team at info@maisonwheat.com and we will provide next steps.
