Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. We will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We are unable to accept international returns. All international sales are final.
Online Return
Return Policy: Unworn and unused items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Tags must be attached, and items must be in the same condition as they were when sent by MAISON WHEAT. Online purchases may not be returned to physical The Shop by WHEAT locations. To start a return/exchange, visit our return portal.
We aim to process all returns/exchanges within 7 business days of receiving the package. A $10 restocking fee will be charged. We will refund the remaining cost of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax. Shipping costs will not be refunded. All refunds will be credited back to the credit or debit card that was used for the initial transaction within 14 days of receiving the item and processing the return. The time it appears on your statement depends on the individual financial institution.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate any issues. Please note, MAISON WHEAT is not liable for damages caused while your order is in transit.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
